I had several incidents with this company after I chose them to manage my rental property. We went through at least 4 different "assistants" during the year and a half I worked with them. There was a great deal of inconsistency from an owner viewpoint, only once did I get notice that the previous assistant left. I have no idea how a tenant would feel about their work. If you want to give yourself a big headache hire this company to manage your property. NRES is very poorly managed. Employees change every few months and there seems to be no system in place to ensure that things are still being handled if one particular employee is out, or quits or whatever. I have been stuck many times chasing down their employees to get answers about repairs to my property or just general answers to my questions. What a joke these people are. Shady company. Do some investigation on their real estate license before you go with these people...you'll learn a thing or two about Mr. Cockrell. There are better companies out there who have more honesty than these quacks. Shop around before you trust them with your house!!
