Brand new “luxury” construction with a roof that leaks twice in 9 months and so many other quality issues that The Pearl sued the developer and The Glass House is likely headed in the same direction. Buying a Cotter development is a mistake, if only someone had told me this previously. Stay. Away. From. This. Guy.
