Excellent service. I particularly appreciate that I was able to contact and talk to Maxwell quickly and easily, to get a feel for the process, before committing.
Felt the valuation was so poor to be useless. Checking with agents and other valuers seemed to confirm. When I asked for rationale I felt rudely dismissed.
I got Max Neverman from National Property Valuers to do a valuation of my property. They valued it at less than $800,000. Gross errors were made in house comparisons, including valuing my property at nearly the same price as a house, half the size that was not waterfront, as my house was.
