They do NOT pay there vendors! Work was completed on a community over a year ago and property manager stated it would be paid. They still have not produced payment.

Our HOA’s experience with NPS has been incredibly frustrating. Slow responses and poor communication have been the norm. I would strongly recommend you look elsewhere if looking for a new management firm.
