I live at 9275 East Mission Ln., #208 of the Village One at McCormick Ranch Association. our property manager is Jeannine Jacobs of NATIONAL PROPERTY SERVICES. Our HOA’s experience with NPS has been incredibly frustrating. Slow responses and poor communication have been the norm. I would strongly recommend you look elsewhere if looking for a new management firm.
I have owned condos in many different complexes. This management company is the worst I've ever seen. Extremely not professional. They do not take complaints seriouse and are very slow to respond. They are not only hard to communicate with, but extremely belittling. They are not transparent at all and make residents feel like it's them vs the management company. The lack of professionalism is very abviouse in their unethical management practices.
