They are super prompt responding to all email and maintenance requests. They have made communication with their tenants very easy(through email mostly). They make it easy to communicate with them-they have several ways to get a hold of them; a web portal, email, and phone.
I have been stuck with this company for the past two years and have been so disappointed on so many levels. in order to contact anybody, it has to be done by email or voicemail which in turn take forever to get a response back. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
