I paid a deposit nearly two months in advance to reserve a specific second-floor unit with new cabinets and appliances in Dorsey Gardens, which I personally toured and clearly requested . Despite that, after almost two months of waiting and multiple unsuccessful attempts to reach management, I was told to sign for a different 1st floor apartment than the one I had reserved with a deposit. Oaks at South Park just sent a text to it's residents that the group of basketball players who meet and play on Tuesday night need to pay a 150 rental fee because they are not all residents. Really? Come on cooperate, stop these stupid money grab rules. You're already overcharging resident rents as it is. That's why there are so many moves and vacancies. And get a real property manager for Chirst sakes!!!

No this has nothing to do with the parking lot renovations! It has to do with a neighbor having 3 vehicles when our lease says we can only have 2. It has to do with a lazy apartment manager who doesn’t do his job. I have rights as a tenant. No he didn’t try to contact me. The photos below are the only things he has said. I don’t have an email or I would email you directly. I’m at Fieldstone Garden Apartments in Oklahoma. As of recently I’m still dealing with a parking issue. I signed a lease and was told only 2 cars per unit. While I only have one my neighbor across from me has 3 vehicles. The apartment manager Kevin knows about this issue but has chosen to do nothing about it per usual. When I emailed Kevin he said they were moving out by the end of the month & it’s July 1st.
