Its so nice to work for a company that doesn't see me as a number. Its been a great 5 months so far and I cant see myself leaving. NPMA is very good to their employees. Everyone is always smiling and laughing. I leave my family happy to go see my work family. If you are looking for a job and want to be treated as a human come check this place out!
Great company that truly cares for all the residents they have in their portfolio and employees. They've been in business for 60 years with many more to come!
Update to my previous review, I have been here over 2 years now and the attention from owners and upper management is still great. I still see them regularly and their commitment to keeping their properties as nice as possible is second to none. I am so glad I made the switch. The involvement of upper management and ownership has been THE difference with this company. I look forward to a long relationship with them. :-)
