This company does not care for your well-being. I live and have lived at Napa Valley Apartments in Little Rock, Arkansas for 15+ months. I spent 29 days straight without a functional A/C unit in the hottest part of the summer. They provided me a barely functional window unit for my bedroom because they are required to by Arkansas law, but the only other accomodation I was offered was a pitiful $300 of concession off my next month's rent. Do not be fooled by the pretty blue paint outside. I would give no stars if I could. I have lived at Heather Glen Apartments for 2 months and wish I could take back my decision to live here without being penalized. The office staff is awful. One will lie to your face just to get you to go away and the other does not know anything let her tell it. We have been having issues with the A/C since moving in. National property management association are real life slumlords. I live in Arlington, Texas at Heather the Glen apartment homes. I had an emergency maintenance issue where my window was broken by animals in the neighborhood. They came by to allegedly fix this but it is not serving a purpose as the window would.
