We had a really stressful situation after a heavy storm damaged multiple parts of our home, especially the roof and gutters. National Property Loss Co. stepped in and made things much easier for us. They helped with the insurance claim and explained what could be covered without making it confusing. The work itself was done quickly and with care. What stood out most was how they didn’t rush us or push anything, just guided us step by step. The new roof looks solid and the house feels safe again.

National Property Loss Co. did an amazing job! Our roof had wind damage and they took care of everything, from A to Z. Jeff worked closely with our insurance company and successfully negotiated a great deal on our behalf affording us the opportunity to upgrade to a metal roof. The team removed and replaced our entire roof, it’s a big one, completing the project in just one day, leaving everything clean and tidy as if they were never there! Best company I have ever worked with! Accurate, timely, did what they said when they said and communicated clearly and often as the project progressed. I will absolutely use them for all of my contracting needs in the future whether they are insurance claims or not! Highly recommended. Great experience. Oh yeah, they installed all new windows, new lifetime roof, and painted almost the entire interior of my house. Thanks!!
