We chose Dan for our home inspection and had a great experience. He took the time to walk us through everything he found and was honest about any concerns and how serious or not serious something’s might be. During the inspection, one of the Nest thermostats was locked, so he couldn’t get a reading on one of the A/C units. But he offered to come back once we had access, which he did a couple weeks later, and he updated the report for us. Really appreciated his thoroughness and follow through.
