Patrick did a great job inspecting my new home prior to purchasing. He was there for 2-3 hours, took pictures and video, of the home. He gave me the break down of "deal breakers" vs. "nice to have" fixes of every room. I would recommend him to anyone I know, as it was well worth the money and no problems with my home 3 months in. He was very honest and genuine, and great to work with. He even came back out 2 additional times to check on the roof, with the sellers roofer. I couldn't have been happier.
