I recently used National Property Inspections for a home I am in the process of purchasing. Jason was my inspector. He was very thorough in his inspection. He explained everything as we went through each room. He pointed out any defects and gave recommendations for repair and safety. He was very pleasant and friendly and patient. I was referred Jason from our mortgage lender. His communication was great throughout the entire process. We wanted to test for Home Inspection, termite, and radon, and he scheduled all 3 for us, this way we only have to make one appointment and had to deal with one person for the whole process. NPI was fantastic with follow ups and getting us our report in a timely manor. Would use again and again.
