Jason did our home inspection and did a great job. He is very thorough and organized, has a detailed plan on going through all the areas and inspect each single components. He is very knowledgeable and patient, answering all my questions and pointing out important findings or things that I need to know. He provided the inspection report within couple of days and it is detailed with pictures.

Jason was excellent. He's very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything thoroughly, which mattered a great deal to me as a first-time homebuyer. He was extremely detail-oriented and didn't rush through anything. He also handled a difficult situation very professionally. During the inspection, one of the owners was present and kept following us around and interfering with the process. Jason managed it calmly and kept the inspection on track without any friction.

Jason was very professional. He explained what he was doing and why he was doing it. There were still a few questions I had and he answered them in lay terms so I could understand it. I have things to be taken care of and I know why, and what priorities come first. This was a post-purchase inspection so I wanted to know what I was in for down the road. I really appreciated his time and expertise.
