Jason did an outstanding job on the property inspection for my property. He was extremely thorough, knowledgeable, and professional. Jason also handled coordinating the septic inspection and water testing. I would highly recommend Jason for your property inspection needs.
Jason Bancroft is unbelievably thorough. He uncovered potential issues that I would have never been able to think of (ventilation, mold, cracked support, outlet protection, drainage, you name it) everything is written up, color coded and shared with pictures for you. Awesome!
Jason did our home inspection and did a great job. He is very thorough and organized, has a detailed plan on going through all the areas and inspect each single components. He is very knowledgeable and patient, answering all my questions and pointing out important findings or things that I need to know. He provided the inspection report within couple of days and it is detailed with pictures.
