mike has done dozens of inspections for me through the years as I am an agent, , and when I moved and bought another property, he did that too. He's always available for four points, wind mits, and he's thorough, timely, and reasonable.

Potential buyers of a house I am selling hired Michael to inspect property. While his report covers his liability, his report provided little clarity and was misleading in many cases. For example, he states that a couple of the showers were not hot enough yet the water heater was not on until he arrived and additionally the valves are designed to prevent scalding but they can be adjusted.
