We recently purchased a 113 year old home, and contacted NPI for the general inspection. Because of the age and layout of the house, we needed a quality inspection to know what we were dealing with. I was thoroughly impressed with the detail and amount of information in the inspection report. It made the decision to purchase the home much easier. Erik was professional and great to work with. I'll highly recommend NPI to anyone looking to purchase real estate property in the future.
