Pete has been great to work with, and did an excellent job with the home inspection that I purchased. He is very responsive to inquiries and made getting the inspection set up easy. For the inspection, he was very thorough and detailed. The report included many photos, detailed descriptions, and leveraged an easy-to-use classification system for the condition of each feature in the home. I highly recommend Pete. Pete with NPI is very thorough in his home inspections and will answer any questions you might have regarding your home purchase. We have used him twice and were extremely satisfied with his inspections. Would definitely recommend him for your next home inspection!
Professional, knowledgeable and comes across as a genuinely good person. Although I had to cancel my first appointment with Pete he was very understanding and was able to work me in as soon as possible when I called to reschedule. I was thoroughly impressed with the detail and explanation of his work. I will definitely recommend Pete and NPI to any and all in need of a property inspection.
