Mr Froerer was very professional and easily contacted. He was on time and very detailed in the report he prepared for me. I've used other inspectors over the years and this was by far my best experience. I'll be using them again on my next purchase.
I was extremely impressed with Mr. Froerer and his professionalism. He is very detail oriented and caught a few things that really helped me out. Also, he is very friendly and easy to get a hold of. I've dealt with a lot of inspectors over the years and he is by far and away the best I have used.
I called Anthony Froerer and he scheduled the inspection on 4/8/14 at 10AM for a home I was purchasing. He told me that it should take about an hour,(learned later most inpectors take 2-4 hours) so he asked me to arrive at 11AM. I arrived early at 10:30AM and Anthony was already in the kitchen filling out paper work, because he had already "completed" the inspection.
