Mr Stark was hired by potential buyers to inspect our house when we were selling it. He is an ignorant, rude, arrogant piece of crap, who asked no permission to sit on our furniture, use our facilities for his personal use, and talked down to me when I was asking him questions! This clown thinks he is a tough guy, hard ass, that thinks he can belittle, and intimidate people! Find someone else for inspection work, this guy is scum!
