If you’re looking for 100% professionalism and fully ethical, Mike at NPI is your guy. Mike was extremely detailed doing the home inspection. He went over all of the packages offered and explained which ones were better suited for our needs. As he did the inspection, he explained concerns and would point them out so we could have a better idea of what he was talking about. The next day we had the full detailed report of every single plan of action the home required. I recommend Mike from NPI to do your next home inspection!
Our homeowners insurance was requiring an inspection for our renewal, and Mike was able to come out just a few days after my initial request and was super thorough. He was very professional, knowledgeable on what the insurance company was looking for, and was quick to respond when additional information was needed. If I ever need a home inspection again, I will definitely reach out to Mike.
