I ordered pens for a promo event and I'm very happy with the service. Cathy helped me with completing the order and showing me a few variations of my logo to choose from and finding the right colour to match my branding. The pens arrived within a week and they look great. I will definitely engage National Promo again for my next order.

We had bought engraved pens from this company for 2 years with no problems. The 3rd order we placed was never received. They advised that the order was signed for at a location 80km away from me. So they had sent it to the wrong address. They no longer respond to emails and when phoned, promised a refund or credit note 3 times, but still nothing weeks later. They just lie until you give up.
