If you want contaminated meat, full of highly resistant bacteria that could kill you, thank the National Pork Council. They lobby to cut disease research on swine and actively prevent inspections of their members factory farms and slaughter houses. Do a little research on this lobby before you take your family out to a BBQ. I’m not anti-meat, love ribs! Check this organization out, it will make your head spin!
