Worst experience ever, several repairs required after completion date to incude repairs before process was finalized. Overall customer service response was horrible and the company has no sense of urgency or communication process to ensure the customer is knowledgeable of what next steps are. Pool heater required pipe replacement, Coping had to be removed and replaced, salt system required repair, pavers removal and replaced. Worst experience ever and very costly mistake. We are unfortunately having to have our pool finished by an alternate company exceeding our cost beyond $75,000 to repair and correct issues as a result of national pools. We are also pursuing civil legal actions as we have discovered we are not the only family who has endured such issues with this company.
