Consumers be warned - inferior products! – I had a very poor experience. No help for me, but I hope someone is able to read this and learn from my mistake. I purchased a pool cover on 11/3/10. The reason I bought it was because it had a 12 year (prorated warranty -2 year FULL warranty) I put it on the pool, and within two weeks, a thunderstorm came through and the cover was COMPLETELY DESTROYED. Possibly the worlds worst customer service – I would have given them five stars if these people had simply delivered the product I ordered from them. Somewhere along the line, somebody lost the product. I called them after two weeks, and said "where is my product". They said, I don't know, I'll look into it and call you back" I said "great". They called back the next day and said that the delivery company could not locate my package. I said, "well, then ship me another one." Very unsatisfied customer – I purchased a 30 foot 54 inch deep pool from National Pool Wholesalers. They sent me a liner for a 48/52 inch pool which will not fit. I contacted them about the liner and they assured me that the liner would fit, with extra left over. It did not fit.
