Worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life. Three dudes sitting behind the counter and as I waited at the counter to ask a question, not one of them addressed me, acknowledged me, or asked if I needed any assistance. Pretty poor customer service Called to ask couple questions about tile The rep was more concerned about who I am then the product I’m looking for. Kept saying “who’s this” as if I’m calling his private line. I’ll get my tiles elsewhere
