Run Away! For a simple gas leak repair they estimated 8 man hours to complete the job. It only took 1 hour for two men. Owner was unwilling to charge for the actual time it took for the repair. The owner said "don't pay for it of you don't want to, and I will do what I have to do" Poor customer service and shoddy business practice. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
I had every intention to use this company. I'm all about local businesses. The owner was NOT FAIR or HONEST with his prices. I used ACE Plumbing in the end and they charged me 325 dollars LESS than what they were asking for. JORGE had excellent customer service. I don't know what his relationship is with this "Family owned" business but I encourage him to get out and find an honest company.
