Billy came out to assist with an appliance installation. He was extremely professional and an absolute pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend Brisbane Plumbing and Gas. Incredible service.

14 yr old Hot water system went overnight - called Brisbane Plumbing and Gas first thing this morning and Billy here at 0830 - the looked at the system and advised me of the problem and recommended replacement. Billy explained all costs to me up front - promptly removed old system and installed new updated version. I called for help with my hot water, basically I had none. I knew I was in the market for a whole new hot water system, and I had been quoted an eye watering $9500 by another company (coughMetropolitancough) Billy and Stefan arrived to assess the situation and give me a very reasonable quote for what I needed ($3600). Friendly, knowledgeable and most of all affordable, I will definitely be using this team again, and recommending them to everyone for their plumbing needs, cheers guys!
