My father was a patient at the Miami office recently, and I have to say the service is amazing. From the minute we arrived the waiting area felt like we were home not a doctors office. The receptionist was so comforting and helpful. When he was done she gave him coffee. I will recommend this office to my doctors and friends. My mother gets quarterly CT scans and this is the first time she scheduled with National Pet Scan. The staff are rude beyond belief and the technician who performed, Maria, had the nerve to tell my mom in multiple occasions she had kidney cancer and that is the reason why she was being scanned. When confronted on the phone with why a technician and not a doctor is “diagnosing” my mom, Noly, she stated that is not their fault the doctor hasn’t told her and how are they supposed to know what the doctor has told my mother. The staff is incompetent and are unable to provide you with correct details of your appointment. I had to ask about what I should do to prep for a scan and I could barely get an answer out of the receptionist. I finally had to suggest ideas like "can I eat before?"... "How much water can I drink before?..." I am shocked by the lack of educated employees...but then again we are in Florida.. This company does not provide reasonable solutions for rescheduling. They only have 1 tech for CT Scans which can only be done on Wednesd... read more
