Hate this company! Will never recommend anyone do business with them. I made an order online, when I recieved the pens, they were printed wrong. Sent multiple emails with no response. Then months later recived a call from them wamting payment. I explained to them that my order was wrong and was told there was nothing they could do about it essentially, because the order was placed online. So I refused to pay for their mistake. I ordered pens and UPS "damaged" the product. They wanted to file a claim with UPS to get reimbursed before they would give me a refund or start on a new order of pens. They say it will take several weeks. No one was going to tell me this information. I only found out because I had been waiting for 2 weeks and hadn't heard anything. Starting to think this is a scheme to collect money and hold it for a month or so then refund.
Updated Review 5/27: I reached out to Kemesha after the "response from owner". A lot more back and forth where there were still errors and no acknowledgement. Finally, after copying about ten managers, I got the order confirmation I waited three weeks for. It came with an explanation that production will take 10 - 15 days - up to three weeks to complete before shipping.
