The set up took weeks. The instructions for set up are not clear and concise, but voluminous and take a lot of time to digest. I have used other direct deposit companies without the amount of issues that this company has. In addition, the time to submit the transmission for a pay date is ludicrous! The other Direct Deposit companies need 2 days notice, not 4. I transmitted a payroll on a Tuesday and they told me that it could not be paid on that Friday! It would be the following Monday. this company has been in cahoots with an accountant I was using. My accountant has gone MIA and NatPay will not give me any info even though THEY are the ones REMOVING money from my account. I called and talked to Helena, she tried to help. Unfortunately her manager Dawn refused to be of any kind of help. I will be disputing all charges that have come out of my account since the beginning of the year since they refuse to give me any help or info.
Stopped by to ask a question and the lady who answered the door was EXTREMELY rude and dismissive.
We have direct deposit for some reason they made a deposit on Sunday after my regular weekly deposit on Friday then turned around and took it back out with Reversal. This is crazy no notification from anyone that this happened. It really screwed with my available balance in my bank. There is auto pays in insufficient all kinds of things that has happened with their so-called issue or error. You do not do your clients that way our boss who set up a direct deposit. I started working with a new CPA and she uses NatPay for payroll. It took them over 2 weeks to set up my account with a lot of bad communication in between. First time they couldn't get my bank account to work. At first it was because it wasn't a business account, which it was. Then they said the bank said there was no account found. Called my bank and went back and forwards with NatPay and my bank for way too long. I then went and set up a second bank account to make this work. Different company.
