I've bought a couple car batteries here. The main characters behind the counter appear to be father & son but I don't know that for sure. During my most recent purchase I was the only customer in the store. The younger of the 2 men was reviewing invoices & appeared to be bothered by my presence. No greeting, no smile, no "can I help you", acted like he was doing me a favor. Leads me to believe the business isn't profitable.
