I cancelled an item that was backordered, I paid #717.92 for the item. I called and explained I found the item somewhere else and wanted a refund. They said 2-3 weeks. It has been closer to 2 months and no check. I contacted them again and hope they keep their word. I bought a lot of parts from them for my 1970 Cougar and until now I was very happy with their company. Hopefully they keep their word. Darrel

I have orders from NPD on several occasions now. The service is great and it's fast. The prices are better than the competition.
It's the best place to do business for old chevy parts that I have found. Everything from parts ordering to shipping has been excellent. Customer service extends itself and you talk to an American when you do business and not a foreigner. The way that they do business is correct and complete.
