I'm able to drive to NPD Florida. When I order parts, it's waiting for me to go through. Never been disappointed.
Walked in and ordered floor pans. Was told 1 was in s caro and 1 was in calif. Would have them on a truck and shipped to ocala. This was on aug 4th. Called on 18th. 19th. 21st. Excuses. Sent to voicemail. No reply yet. Expected better from NPD. Guess it will be another wasted weekend with no parts.
Great customer service. Pulled orders quickly.
I have been buying parts from NPD for 25+ years! Always had a great experience dealing with them!
