There is only one reason I gave it a 4: the doorway is tight. Otherwise, everything is good—the staff was polite, and unloading was fast (1 hour).

This truck driver with plate #9070JT is absolutely crazy and careless. What an idiot. Instead of changing lanes ahead of time, he almost caused an accident just because he needed to switch lanes. Imagine this — we were already in the right lane, and he still forced his way into our lane even though our car was right beside him. We had no choice but to swerve into the emergency shoulder because he was literally about to hit us. Idiot driver. This guy doesn’t deserve to have a CDL. Stupid driver.

I had a very positive experience with National Packing. Although my appointment was at 7:00 AM, I arrived at 5:30 AM, and they attended to me promptly. Within about 25 minutes, my truck was fully unloaded. The only downside is that the parking area is quite tight, especially around the dock. Other than that, the staff were extremely friendly and professional. Overall, a great experience!

Don't give the 5 stars because of the tight parking when docking. But onced in a door they r pretty fast..40 minutes tops. When donde unloading they come out n give ur BOL. U can park overnight (like 3 trucks or so...inside the facility.)they start taking trucks at 6am.
