I had a very positive experience with National Packing. Although my appointment was at 7:00 AM, I arrived at 5:30 AM, and they attended to me promptly. Within about 25 minutes, my truck was fully unloaded. The only downside is that the parking area is quite tight, especially around the dock. Other than that, the staff were extremely friendly and professional. Overall, a great experience!
Don't give the 5 stars because of the tight parking when docking. But onced in a door they r pretty fast..40 minutes tops. When donde unloading they come out n give ur BOL. U can park overnight (like 3 trucks or so...inside the facility.)they start taking trucks at 6am.
NPS consistently delivers excellent service and is always highly accommodating. From customer service to the accounting department and especially Robert Inman, great guy and easy to work with who has supported me for many years. the entire team is a pleasure to work with.
