Placed an order a week ago through their website and paid for the order. Called today for update/invoice/tracking information and the sales rep on the phone had no ability to look up the order. Told me to "dispute the charge." Unreal.

Ordered some orchids and tropical flowers out of state from the sale rep Marco. TERRIBLE!!! customer service. He assure that boxes would be delivered called to make sure payment was received delivered the day after. Told me that's not his problem and hang up! Never again would not recommend especially if out of state
