"Avoid the urology department here at all costs. Terrible experience with long wait times, dismissive care, and inadequate treatment for serious issues like severe testicular pain. Seek care elsewhere." Problems only got worse, looking for a real doctor.
"Horrible experience! I was seen by a 'specialist' who barely looked at issues prescribing yet another round of antibiotics for recurring issues. When I pushed for more answers, I was brushed off. Clearly, they're more interested in cycling patients through than actually addressing the root cause. Would not recommend."
As a medical professional, I found myself petrified about the upcoming prostate biopsy. Colonel Kern, HA Matthew Pesti, HM2 James McDonald, HM3 Evan Hill were my dream team. These gentlemen's professionalism and subject knowledge was above reproach. I felt like their only patient. I was educated step by step of my procedure. I saw dedication and expertise. The clinic has some staffing issues but I spoke to a Ms. Williams and she is amazing. Listens, is patient, and is very determined to help with patient health needs!
