We all need to respect those doing work in the Radiology Department. What if it was you having a procedures and the technician rushed you through the procedure? I recommend you just keep calling and you will get someone to help make an appointment for you.
Been coming here for years. My experience has been good with anyone interact with. Any appointments I have are referral. Whenever I have called my calls we’re answered and whatever the purpose of my call; situation taken care of. The experience was fluid. The doctors and assistant’s have always be patient and nice. They seem genuine about the care provided. I’ve been all over this hospital. The basement area is a maze and there is a cafeteria on that side of the hospital. Phone was answered within 2 minutes and appointment schedule for a convenient time.
No call backs for appointment request. No one is answering the phone. Online appointment is waste of time, they are not calling back. You have to drive to radiology just yo make an appointment
