Better Life is truly an excellent company and Agent Dan Clarkson from ClarksonAgency.com helped my husband find the perfect policy! And, Better Life actually has a real human answering the phones! They have been in business well over a century, but that doesn't prevent them from having good relationships with their policyholders. I was treated like a person, not a number!

BetterLife became my provider after the merger with National Mutual Benefit a few years ago. I haven't had to have any interactions with the company besides making premium payments. However, I find their website very not-user friendly. I test software for a living, so I know when a website is not as usable as it could be. There is no way to submit changes to address or phone number anywhere (I would have expected it to be in the Profile or something).
