This is such a joke and going to deny my application for life insurance bc of my depression history 🙃 duh no wonder why someone would be depressed!
Better Life is a fantastic insurance to work with. There support and product education has is second to none. Thank you for all you do.
We had some issues with some things, but Jane Zeller (or agent) helped us make it right. She showed up in person to help us get it all straightened out. There was some issues with getting things straight for when the child reaches the age of 21 there was not a notice. All in all the company does care. Another big thing is how the main office customer support being more helpful in making the payments if we need to even if the kid is over 21. Otherwise I'm satisfied with how they help to make it right.
Better Life is truly an excellent company and Agent Dan Clarkson from ClarksonAgency.com helped my husband find the perfect policy! And, Better Life actually has a real human answering the phones! They have been in business well over a century, but that doesn't prevent them from having good relationships with their policyholders. I was treated like a person, not a number!
