This dealership was very unprofessional, came in to purchase a vehicle (drove 3.5hrs) they knew I was on my way, got there and was told the car was sold, in fact it was not tried to put me in another car with more miles and price! Definitely watch out for these type of dealerships, they are only worried about the money and not the customer experience
I will not recommend this dealership at all, it’s been more that 3 years since I bought an overpriced car with issues that weren’t mentioned, I remember taking the car once to the dealer to let them know and the only thing they did was to change the oil and never fixed the issue and of top of that I had to pay for the service, the sellers will do whatever it takes and lie to you in order to get you a car, if you get a car from this place I strongly advise you to take your mechanic, after one month of buying my car the engine... read more
I had a terrible experience at National Auto of Waldorf. The car I purchased had multiple issues just days after driving off the lot, and the dealership refused to take responsibility. They hide behind ‘as-is’ policies, even when it’s obvious the car wasn’t properly inspected. Communication is poor, promises are empty, and customer service is non-existent. This place feels more like a scam than a dealership. Avoid at all costs.
