Frustrated that it takes forever to get through to an agent to discuss concerns; today it took me 26 minutes to get through to someone. In emergency situations, time counts. Additionally they do a poor job of updating their databases with emergency contact information for businesses.

Horrible customer service and refused to stop dispatching emergency personnel to my house even after the Fire Department and myself called them and asked them to stop. Why? Because the previous home owner was on some random account that I had no idea about, and they won't do anything about it. One year after we bought the house, they refused to do anything to help us, and endangered people lives by dispatching emergency personnel to nothing.
