Wow. We just bought a building and the previous owner used a fire protection company that uses National Monitoring Center. This service is terrible. It takes 5-10 minutes to put the system in test mode, and god forbid you need to do something that their ignorant AI robot doesn't understand. I asked for a human 3 times and was denied each time. I finally was able to set up a test window. I called another time and was on hold for 15 minutes just to check on the status of the account. I manage another building that uses a diffe... read more
Frustrated that it takes forever to get through to an agent to discuss concerns; today it took me 26 minutes to get through to someone. In emergency situations, time counts. Additionally they do a poor job of updating their databases with emergency contact information for businesses.
