RecommendedVery professional and efficient. Easy to contact and they go the extra mile to keep up good communication with patients.
The staff attending my father are uncompassionate, uncaring and blatantly rude!!! No response from administration to my concerns. Realizing staff is over worked & frustrated, so are families. Not being able to with be by my father's side is a toll, staff has NO empathy.

Most urologist recognizes that male patients are frequently embarrassed when female assistants aid him on procedures. Yet the office makes no concerted effort to employ men, who are more difficult to obtain. Indeed a man may have to sign in at the front desk telling the secretary about his erectile dysfunction. I will never go back to this hospital! I had my baby here and it’s like they gave 0 cares about you! I told them 5 times I wanted the epidural it’s like they did not listen to me! When they gave me the epidural they had just put it in a few minutes before I had my baby, it didn’t even have time to work! Then on top of that they didn’t even give my son the right last name! RecommendedI recently had a total knee replacement with Dr. Fred Cushner and it was such an amazing experience! Dr. Cushner answered all my questions and then some and was able to (successfully!) complete a surgery that other doctors had said they could not due to a rare birth defect I have. I already feel better than before surgery, with greater stability and I know my quality of life is going to improve drastically.
