If I could, I would give this place a -5 star review worst place to get your DOT physical and waste of time 2 hour wait as soon as you get your exam done they wanted to say there’s something wrong with you. Want to make you waste your money in time I do not recommend going to this place.
The staff here is extremely rude. I came in for a physical and drug screening. Checked in at 10:40 am, waiting for two hours. I’m not from here and dont have anyone to watch my daughter my husband has to go back to work. She told me. “She can just leave. If she can’t wait.” No compassion , no understanding just straight attitude. This place is horrible.
My experience was perfect my nurse Jackie understood the assignment she was very nice, sweet & intelligent ! She answered all my questions without hesitation! The staff were nice as well I definitely give 5 stars!
I was here to help a friend out and was told that they had her already pulled back for x ray but asked my friend if she was already getting them done and she said no. Seems like they like to lie and make you wait. If your injuries I would HIGHLY recommend somewhere else. Just saying.
