I went into Concentra for pre-employment, physical and drug screening. They do not allow for appointments, so walk-in basis is all they allow. I think it is absolutely ridiculous that it took 2 1/2 hours to have those two things performed.
Was very helpful and friendly staff to greet you and was quick to get you taken care of.
When I heard Nova had been taken over by Concentra I was instantly dreading my next DOT physical and I was correct in dreading it. Arrived at 9:56am and didn't leave until 1:38pm. Almost 4 hours for a DOT physical..the ladies at the front were nice, the nurse who took my UA was nice. But the PA or whatever he is. Was short and seemed annoyed to even be there. I had to wait too long - an hour and a half and people were being called back that I was there before them, because they only had one provider. When I asked, it was because the ones called back before me had previously been seen and had follow -ups. But the biggest reason for the 0 was the provider. She didn't talk and ask questions about why I'm taking a medication, but said she could not give me a successful physical until I got a letter from my doctor stating I was fine to drive.
