Vanessa was a wonderful person! The doctor however was god awful her whole demeanor was terrible and she could’ve possibly made me lose a great job!!

Everyone was nice and polite. Very professional and friendly. I was in & out.
I went into Concentra for pre-employment, physical and drug screening. They do not allow for appointments, so walk-in basis is all they allow. I think it is absolutely ridiculous that it took 2 1/2 hours to have those two things performed.
Was very helpful and friendly staff to greet you and was quick to get you taken care of.
