My 13 yr old son broke his tibia and fibula in a football game. Children's took such good care of him! They were unbelievable! Thank you so much for being so patient and understanding!!!
Our pediatrician gave us a choice when my son was 4 days old - supplement with formula or go to the hospital because he had lost an ounce over 10% of his birth weight. I did NOT want to supplement so we went to the hospital. The day we were admitted, the lactation consultant had called in but we were told she would be in at 8am the next morning, so we stayed over night. My daughter had a tethered spine, needed spinal surgery at 5 years old. It was a very scary moment in our lives. The nurses, staff, and doctor's were amazing, kind, caring, sweet, respectful, and personalable. Dr. Puchioni who did the surgery is known to be one of the top Neurosurgeons in NE and he was amazing. These people just get more unbelievable. Can't get an help on a bill. They tell me I must pay it off in 14 months. I can't make payment plans because the amount I can guarantee is not enough. I tell them I will pay what I can and try to pay it off in 14 months. It has been 4 months and I am getting a final notice about being turned over to collections. I made 2 payments last month and yet they are sending me threatening letters. Got to love that their ONLY concern is MONEY. Not sure I will return even though the people that ... read more
