This place is Amazing. Everybody is so friendly and comforting. Especially when we were in a panic with our son. Thankful to all of the doctors and nurses who have been there during our ordeal.
They have the best medical team and organization in this area.
The staff are great we get in and out with all questions and concerns answered right away they know their diabetes well
We took our son for a follow up echocardiogram after he had open heart surgery. The lady who did the actual echo was rude as she did the "chop chop" hurry up hand signal to us because they were running late and proceeded to just be snotty. We were definitely not expecting anything like that as we've got very familiar with the hospital and staff and everyone was always a pleasure to be around. It was a bad experience yesterday but thankfully we got the results we wanted and Wont be back for a year!
The patient care I have received from the staff at Children's Hospital has been EXCEPTIONAL! The team have shown considerable care and profound kindness in all of my interactions. I have honestly found all the staff to be EXTRAORDINARILY professional, yet personal and attentive-- from the reception desk, to the nurses, technicians, doctors and other support staff. THANK YOU for caring for me beyond all my expectations.
