Excellent Customer Service I rented a wheelchair for a friend. Jamie provided great service when I picked up the chair. However, we had to return the chair because my friend needed a different kind that National did not have. When we returned the chair, Jamie waited for 15 minutes after they closed until I could get there after work. She was so nice and professional. AND they gave us a full refund even though we had the chair for three days.I would do business with these people anytime!

Wonderful Customer Service I have been using this company for a very long time. My mother needed multiple medical items and this is a one stop shop. They have always had EVERTHING we needed. They have the friendliest staff and are very knowledgeable. I have bought hand rails, a walker and then we got mom a really nice scooter!
