Complete scam. Had some random bill show up for $330 from a Collections agency in California saying that they are collecting on behalf of National Medical Professionals out of Texas. I live in arizona and havent been to any sort of doctor or hospital in two years so there is no way this is legitimate.
Had a bad anxiety episode, walked in to be seen for 30 min at Dignity Health Hospital in chandler Arizona and the nurse provided me with a muscle Relaxor pill and sent me on my way Home. Long story short -they billled me for $1857 and sent me another bill for $330 from national medical professionals from dallas Texas making me pay extra for a nurse to administer a pill that was part of there job and should be included.looks like Hospitals Now days work with these other companies to make you pay extra for no reason nor servic... read more
WORST customer service on the planet! I paid my bill in full back in May and continue to get the same bill over and over. I even sent proof of payment (copy of the check back and front) to the email address they provided and nothing happened! Now I get a collection notice! Ive called this horrible company FOUR times trying to resolve this, each time they just say "oh, I'll make a note of that", which does nothing. Total scammers. My insurance company marked their claim as fraud and abuse since they charged an exorbitant amount and are being unresponsive. My insurance provider and I have tried to contact their billing department multiple times only to go to voicemail. My insurance provider needs medical test records but they haven’t sent it in months. The customer support woman on the phone would neither confirm or deny if they had sent the records, she just dodged the question.
