I've now had a couple scans done at National medical imaging and every time has been a good experience. The front desk staff is always very friendly and welcoming, they went above and beyond to help get a mix up with a requisition sorted out. The technicians are extremely kind, patient and have a way of completely easing nerves even while placing a difficult IV, they were chatting with me and making me feel as comfortable as possible. My wife and I had a CT scan and an MRI with contrast injections on the same day. The staff here, especially the technologists, were so kind and caring that they greatly eased our nerves and made the cold machines feel much less intimidating. We truly appreciate your professionalism and warm hearts. You’re doing amazing work!

I am so grateful Saskatoon has a clinic that is this amazing. I was nervous about my CT Scan, but the staff was incredibly friendly and put my mind at ease. They took the time to answer all of my questions, and they were punctual. All of this made my experience positive and relaxing.
