Discharged Friday afternoon. Hospital said wheelchair would be delivered to the hotel I am in and I did not need to call or request anything. Nurse says she took care of everything including telling them my room number. Nothing was delivered or attempted to be delivered. I called and they said they don’t drop off at hotels and I should have called to make arrangements Friday while I was heavily sedated. I’m miserable, I can’t get to bathroom safely. I have almost fallen trying to take care of myself here alone.

I am writing in regards to the review written by my mother on 12/28/2024 on Yelp. My mom purchased this unit so that she could bring my terminally ill father on a medical transport flight, all of which was disclosed in order to make sure we were purchasing the correct unit. Made complaints about this company to FDA, FTC, CFPB, BBB and Medicare. Failure of oxygen concentrator device had catastrophic consequences to my husband's health. Company's refusal to honor its commitments highlights broader concerns about their ethical practices. This is what National Medical offered: misrepresentation of device capabilities, failure to file Medicare/insurance claim, refusal to stand behind defective equipment, and lack of adequate solution.
