This company stinks! National delivered me a broken Medline brand rollator. The brakes did not work right from the get go which is extremely dangerous. They would not pick the walker up and told me to bring it to them in Medley. Can you believe this rotten company? I see the National Medical trucks in my area off and on but they would not come to my home and pick up the broken walker they delivered to me nor would they replace it or fix it. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Discharged Friday afternoon. Hospital said wheelchair would be delivered to the hotel I am in and I did not need to call or request anything. Nurse says she took care of everything including telling them my room number. Nothing was delivered or attempted to be delivered. I called and they said they don’t drop off at hotels and I should have called to make arrangements Friday while I was heavily sedated. I’m miserable, I can’t get to bathroom safely. I have almost fallen trying to take care of myself here alone.

I got two delivers from this company for my mom's equipment. Both were on time, the products are good quality, great customer service from Mr. Ernesto and from the office staff.

I am writing in regards to the review written by my mother on 12/28/2024 on Yelp. My mom purchased this unit so that she could bring my terminally ill father on a medical transport flight, all of which was disclosed in order to make sure we were purchasing the correct unit. We were assured the unit would be adequate for our needs. It stopped working half way through the 3 hour flight from Fort Lauderdale to Boston. Contacted Jeff immediately about the faulty unit.
