This whole process has been a nightmare, a costly nightmare with delays and unknown charges. I wanted a particular kind of collection box for our USPS pickup, so I called to find options and was advised a specific one would work for USPS as long as it had a lock. I confirmed this twice with your office as the labeling stated it wasn't USPS approved. I advised exactly what we’d be using it for as well.
