I purchased a Krebs 25 food sprayer from this company and had trouble with the internal diaphragm because it could not spray oil while depressing it on and off whenndoing spotting of products and causes the sprayer to disabled and not work properly. I called this office 4 times and was given the run around. The last call I made yesterday the the director, who asked me to email him about my complaints and never returned my call the 3rd time and only wanted to sell more products to me and I told him I wanted refund ever since ... read more
