So far so good. I’ve partnered with FDR for about 8 months and it has been going very well. Had one summons and it was handled professionally and to my benefit. I agreed to a monthly payment and if I stick with it I will be debt free in a little over 3 years. No calls or letters from debt collectors. Peace of mind for a monthly fee far less than my credit card bills. I have to admit I scrutinized every aspect of their program and it is legit in every way. I have been treated with respect, kindness and made to feel as if I truly mattered. Kristan ********* is the lawyer representing me and I can not speak highly enough of how she has handled every detail. I have a contract with Freedom Debt Relief for my credit card accounts that I was unable to keep up with the payments for. Part of that is paying a $12 fee per month so that if a creditor decides to sue me, National Litigation Law Group would represent me. These people are a total scam. After not agreeing even though they had my POA and I did not accept there offer to a credit card company. They are totally incompetent and the attorney lied to the opposing attorney, because I did not accept or sign anything. Told them I wanted another attorney after paying for 18 months. Do not use or waste your money with this Law firm. Probably better off without them, they refused to handle or give me another attorney that is more experienced and dropped me. http://www.nationlit.com is a joke. They were retained to act as go between for any lawsuits which we pay a 3rd party each month for and these people drag their feet and don't do a thing. Said suit is in 2 days on the 13th and They still haven't done anything to have an actual attorney from my state appear on our behalf let alone follow up on any negotiations with us about reaching out to the business's attorney from which we are sued by. We received a lawsuit threat from a large New York firm. I tried to work with a local commercial law firm and they were slow to respond and offered no real strategy to help me.
