Although I was told at the beginning of the Freedom Debt program that I wasn't likely to get sued....I am. That being said, Everyone I've dealt with at NLLG has been helpful and I appreciate all your doing to help me. I really do! Glad you're on my side.

You program works fine with small account balances. It's the large balance accounts that your department takes too long. While you building reserves, the account goes dormant and the client isn't informed of the consequences. The credit report is tarnished with the words: "Late, overdue, charge off and the FICO is affected negatively." Considering the short term I was with your agency, there are some changes in the program that can be either modified or changed.

It was October, 2017, when a financial glitch struck on me. I happen to read an advertisement flyer from Freedom Debt Relief and I call them. They led me to NLLG, with detail instructions how to handle this crisis. Since then, NLLG asked me to do some ground work to resolve this and NLLG guide me up to today. Their plan was simple and clear, their action was in detail and timely manner, and never had any problem so far. I appreciate their work And I hope all this problem resolved as soon as possible.
