She answer every call timely, follows up after work has been completed to confirm work was completed and our company is operating our equipment safety and productively. National Lift and Kristen are a Team player and we appreciate their hard work. The Technicians that visit our locations are professional, experienced, and correct our problems quickly. Terrible and lazy receiving workers. In my opinion, it is necessary to put 0 stars on receiving, never again.
Quality equipment and great service
Terrible workers at 12/05/2022 9 am. They unload forklift and put it back asking driver to pay them $$$$ cash because they don't want load back for free. That is illegal!!!!! Whats going on ?
